This project was so easy to create with the Big Shot!  Just love the fleurette too.  This is the first chance I had to play with them.  I can't wait to make something else with them.

Big Shot Matchbox Bigz XL Die and more...

 

 

Hello Everyone,

Last Thursday night I had my Opportunity Night here and had all of my downline in attendance.  We had a blast.  I had made the samples above to show off our new die Matchbox Bigz XL Die 114890 that will be available in the new Occasions Mini Catalog on April 1st.  Well Rina liked it so much she took it home...ha ha.  The stamp set is also in the mini catalog...Great Friend 113792.

We also made a quilt card with the Top Note Bigz Die and Textured Plates.  Everyone loved that new card.  Card Club members...guess what you will be making next month?  We used the new Walk In The Park Designer Series Paper 115123 also available in the new Occasions Mini Catalog on April 1st.

Sunshine Garden Simply Scrappin' Family Album

 

Using the family album template from Andrea W.  I created a new album in the Sunshine Garden Simply Scrappin' Kit 113911.  We had a family trip to Disney World this past October and I scrapped the grandkids for my Mom.  The kit fits her perfectly...her favorite color is green.  The colors match so well with her family room and will be a perfect album for the coffee table.  By the way, she loved it!  Thank goodness cause...I don't scrapbook!  Only when asked...I would much rather make cards.

Special thanks to Mark for taking these pictures...I haven't even gotten my pictures developed.  I'm a little behind I guess.  This trip was in October.  I have them in on-line albums.  They are so much easier to store that way.

I only used 1/2 of the Sunshine Garden Kit.  If you are careful cutting you can make 2 albums out of one kit.  This project took me about 4 hours.  I didn't stick to the templates...I changed it up to fit my pictures.  That's probably why it took so long.  I did make it again with the same pictures and only took 2 hours since I had the previous one sitting right in front of me.  I still like the way it turned out. Hope you do too!

Manhattan Flower Textured Die

 

I love this new Manhattan Flower Textured Die 114517 $7.95.  It is so easy to use.  It is an embossing folder.  Slide your cardstock into the folder and run it through the BIG SHOT.  Your done!  The flowers are embossed right onto the cardstock.  So Cool! 

For this card I added the new Oval All stamp set 113790 $16.95 and the Scallop Oval Punch 114889 $15.95 to punch out the sentiment.  These two items wont be avilable until April 1st.  Add them to your wish list!

For this card I ran the Riding Hood Red Cardstock through the big shot and then cut out one of the flower images.  I added the image to the Pink Pirouette Cardstock for a single flower look.

Cards for MS Society Event

Well I thought I would have posted sooner but this weekend proved to be more time consuming than I had anticipated.  Our house is getting a face lift today and tomorrow.  NEW FLOORS!  This is so very exciting but causes us to move everything.  What a time consuming process.  I know in the end it will be worth it.  I can't wait to see the results. 

Now on to stamping....Here are the cards I made over last week.  I mentioned that I was trying to use up retired designer paper.  So as these cards aren't completely current you still get the idea.  I always resort to templates that have worked in the past when creating cards quickly.  I have a craft show at the end of the month that benefits the MS Society.  Click here for more info.  I need to create a bunch of cards to sell.  Join me if you can!
