Stamp Camp Inspired

Hello Ladies,

This past Saturday was the return of Stamp Camp.  I couldn't remember how long it had been since I had one.  For me Stamp Camp means come over and stamp 3-5 projects for $5.  Here are the some of the cards/scrapbook pages we made.

Ink: Going Gray marker

Cardstock:Baja Breeze, Walk in the Park Designer Paper, Basic Gray, Whisper White

Accessories: Dimensionals, Baja Striped Ribbon, Eyelet Border Punch

Ink: Elegant Eggplant, Pale Plum, So Saffron

Cardstock: Elegant Eggplant, Pale Plum, Whisper White

Accessories: Dimensionals, Eggplant Ribbon, Square Punches

We also made the card found here.  Suzanne added a little green to her's and I loved it.  So today I made an assortment of card fronts ready to be attached to card stock.  I used a bunch of pastel colors that included Blush Blossom, Choc. Chip, Eggplant, Red, Green, yellow, Ruby Red, Pumpkin Pie, etc...

 

Well that's all for now.  Thanks to all of you who bared with my laryngitis on Saturday.  I know it was awful.  I lost my voice a couple hours before everyone arrived.  I finally got it back on Monday but its still pretty rough.  Oh Well.

Manhattan Flower Textured Die and Pastels

 

Hello Everyone,

From the picture it is hard to see the effect of the pastels rubbed over the Textured Manhattan Die.  It's soft in person.  What I did was take the Regal Rose Pastel and rubbed over the cardstock with a Q-tip.  I put up two pictures here to show you the effect.  It is the same card just one shot is darker than the other.  I used the Very Versatile set again for the sentiment.  I kinda like those little sentiments.  They don't take up a lot on the card front.

Manhattan Flower Textured Die

 

I love this new Manhattan Flower Textured Die 114517 $7.95.  It is so easy to use.  It is an embossing folder.  Slide your cardstock into the folder and run it through the BIG SHOT.  Your done!  The flowers are embossed right onto the cardstock.  So Cool! 

For this card I added the new Oval All stamp set 113790 $16.95 and the Scallop Oval Punch 114889 $15.95 to punch out the sentiment.  These two items wont be avilable until April 1st.  Add them to your wish list!

For this card I ran the Riding Hood Red Cardstock through the big shot and then cut out one of the flower images.  I added the image to the Pink Pirouette Cardstock for a single flower look.
